Membership dollars do carry over to the next year so any unused membership dollars can be used in the next academic year. Memberships are refundable at anytime throughout the year but do have a $25 administration fee charge before a refund will be issued. For balances of less than $100, there will be a 10% administration fee. All refunds will be credited to the debit or credit card used to purchase the meal plan.
No refunds will be issued by cash or cheque.
Bonus dollars are not refundable

All website purchases are considered to be final. Exceptions will be made for processing errors. All refunds for processing errors will be refunded to the credit card used for the purchase.
